About Me
Hi, I’m Richard Pinchen,
Founder Of Brand Inc Fitness, Advocate For Disability-inclusive Fitness
I Believe Fitness Should Be For Every Body—regardless Of Ability, Mobility, Or Experience. For Too Long, People With Disabilities Have Been Left Out Of Mainstream Fitness. I’m Here To Change That.
For Over 25 Years, I Have Been What Would Now Be Called An ‘adaptive Fitness Trainer’, Which Means The Physical Activity And Exercise Programs That I Provide Are Specifically Modified To Meet The Needs Of Individuals With Physical, Cognitive, Or Sensory Disabilities.
The Goal Is To Make Fitness Accessible, Safe, And Effective For Everyone, Regardless Of Their Abilities.
Why I Do This
I’ve Seen How Powerful Inclusive Fitness Can Be—not Just Physically, But Emotionally And Socially Too.
Whether It’s Seated Strength Training, Sensory-friendly Sessions, Or Just Changing How We Communicate, Small Adjustments Can Have A Big Impact.
This Isn’t Just About Compliance Or Ticking Boxes—It’s About Creating Belonging.
What I Stand For
Inclusion Without Limitations
Respectful, Person-first Communication
Accessibility Built Into Every Programme
Learning, Adapting, And Growing Continuously
I Work With Charities, Community Programmes, And Facilities To Build Fitness Spaces Where Everyone Is Seen, Heard, And Supported.
